LinkedIn Verification CRM is an internal business tool used by Hexa Devs to manage customer follow-ups, WhatsApp conversations, lead statuses, payment/order tracking, and support workflows related to LinkedIn verification service inquiries.
This application is used by our internal team only and is not intended as a public social platform.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect and process the following information:
- Customer name, if provided
- Customer phone number
- WhatsApp message replies
- WhatsApp message delivery status, such as sent, delivered, read, or failed
- LinkedIn profile URL shared by the customer
- Payment status, payment method, and payment confirmation details
- Internal notes added by our team
- Lead status, follow-up status, and order status
- Technical information needed to operate the CRM, such as timestamps, message IDs, and webhook event data
If you connect with us through WhatsApp, we may receive message data and related metadata through the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information to:
- Follow up with customers who previously contacted us
- Send approved WhatsApp message templates where required
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Track customer interest and order progress
- Manage payment and service completion status
- Avoid duplicate follow-ups
- Respect opt-out and “do not contact” requests
- Improve our customer support and internal sales process
- Maintain security, audit logs, and operational records
We do not sell customer personal information.
4. WhatsApp and Meta Platform Data
Our CRM may connect with Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform to send and receive WhatsApp messages, receive message status updates, and manage WhatsApp Business assets such as phone numbers and message templates.
Any data received from Meta or WhatsApp is used only for the business purposes described in this Privacy Policy, such as customer communication, follow-up management, support, and order tracking.
We process WhatsApp-related data in accordance with applicable Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies, and relevant data protection requirements.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We may share limited information only with:
- Authorized internal team members who need access to manage customer communication
- Service providers that help us operate our CRM, hosting, database, communication, or payment workflows
- Meta/WhatsApp where required for WhatsApp Business Platform functionality

All third-party services are used only to support the operation of our business and customer communication workflows.
6. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.
Access to the CRM is restricted to authorized users. Sensitive credentials, access tokens, and API keys are stored securely and are not intentionally exposed in public client-side code.
However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain customer and lead information only for as long as reasonably necessary for:

- Follow-up and order management
- Payment/order records
- Business operations

If a customer requests not to be contacted again, we may retain limited information, such as phone number and opt-out status, to ensure we do not contact them again.
8. Customer Choices and Opt-Out
Customers can opt out of future WhatsApp follow-ups at any time by replying with words such as:
- Stop
- Not interested
- No
- Close request
Once we receive an opt-out request, we will mark the customer as opted out and stop follow-up messages, except where legally required or necessary to complete an existing transaction.
9. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us.
We may need to verify the request before processing it.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Third-Party Services
Our service may involve third-party platforms, including but not limited to WhatsApp, Meta, hosting providers, database providers, and payment communication channels.
These third-party services may have their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.

Hexa Devs and LinkedIn Verification CRM are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to LinkedIn, Meta, Facebook, or WhatsApp. WhatsApp is used as a communication channel through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform where applicable.
